Contracting NYC painted and wallpapered my entire apartment after a gut renovation. They were just a pleasure to work with. Whatever they said they would do, they did and they did it on time, professionally and with a positive attitude. Very responsive in communications. This was a challenging project as they had to fit the timing of the work into the construction schedule and they were very flexible in doing that. They were punctual every time and were happy to touch up areas after the job was finished. It was really a pleasure to deal with them and I would highly recommend.I'm not sure how well these photos "show" but these are two beautifully wallpapered rooms.

Contracting NYC responded very fast for a job I had for water damage and a damage floor. They came in and did an estimate and the jobs within a short timeframe. Service is excellent and they checked after to see if you approve the job. They are very professional and I will be using them again.

Jonathan came highly recommended to me. His crew painted our walls with great care and attention to detail. The project included water damage to the ceiling and removing LED strip lights, installing new blinds and a few other repairs. He anticipated what was needed and suggested solutions to fix problems, making the whole process far less complicated and stressful than we thought. The pricing was very fair, his team over-delivered on the quality of the work and they cleaned up every day. We happily recommend Contracting NYC!

I used Jonathan to replace my floor, redo my bathroom, and paint the apartment. The work took two months as planned . Jon was responsive to any issue I raised. When things needed he thought outside the box and provided an intelligent solution. He itemized and priced each item all the project so it was easy to track the payments, deduct items that we took off and add new items. I recommend him to all my friends.

Contracting NYC did an amazing job renovating my kitchen and apartment. The owner, Jonathan Perr, was the only contractor in the city that didn’t try to gouge me, was attentive the entire process and helped me solve problems with his creative thinking. His workers were skilled, showed up on time and cared about their work. Jonathan is a person of his word and came back to adjust a few things even after the job was closed and paid for.
